One on One - Reiki Session
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing discovered by Dr. Makeo Ususi in the early 20th century. Rei means higher intelligence or subtle wisdom. Ki is defined as life force energy. The practitioner is a channel for which the Reiki flows. The source of Reiki is the Divine you find within yourself, your higher self, the Universe, God or any higher source you resonate with. Reiki restores flow, inner balance, a sense of well being and enhances the quality of life. In person or virtually - valid 1month
One on One - Intuitive Wellness Energy Healing
Using my intuitive gifts and my knowledge of the physical body I have developed my own unique modality, Intuitive Wellness. Through assessing my clients’ energetic and physical alignment I can determine where in the body the stress and trauma is being held so I can address the energetic and physical misalignments. My approach includes working with the energetic pathways of my clients’s mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies. In person or virtually - valid 3 months
3 - 1 hour sessions package
Intuitive Wellness Energy Healing
This 3 session package allows us to take a deeper exploration into the energetic and physical body. Working with my client we can locate, shift and release blocks, resulting in restoring balance and embodiment. Physical and energetic homework may be given to accompany and integrate the healing time between sessions.
